Just like in a baseball game, there are a lot of statistics to keep track of in a dealership’s finance and insurance business. However, unlike a batter in baseball, our F&I team has the opportunity to take more than three swings when they have a customer pitching: “No, no and no.” The number of swings they are willing to take is the difference between having a F&I Department that is striking out on most of its products and one that is having a winning season.
